This Berber man from the area near the Toudra Gorge wears traditional Berber clothing. He first wears a jellaba (a hooded gown) and then layers it with a handwoven wool silham (a hooded cape). He also wears a white turban. Berber use the expression "His turban is standing" to refer to an honorable man.
