Filling Your Order
All merchandise listed on our web site is in-stock. It will usually be processed and shipped within 5 business days of confirmed payment. Generally, your product will arrive 7-12 days after you place your order. Special cases are announced on the home page of our web site. On the rare occasion that we don't have the item you request, we will contact you. If you pay with a personal check, your order will be delayed a week until your check clears. If you use a money order, the item will be shipped immediately after your payment arrives.
Domestic ground shipping and handling on all orders placed at Moroccan Caravan is automatically calculated when you complete your purchase. This shipping cost includes mailing addresses within the continental United States. We ship using the UPS ground and U.S. Postal Service first class mail. Everything is insured for the cost of the item. We reserve the right to adjust the sshipping and Handling cost up or down based on the address and zip code that the order will ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Other International Orders
We are happy to fill international orders. We frequently ship products to Canada and Europe. Shipping costs outside of the domestic U.S. is extra. Please submit your order using the regular checkout form. We will then email you a new invoice for approval. Once you send an email confirmation that approves the new price listed on the invoice, we will process and ship your order using the U.S. Postal Service. Please be aware that your government may charge you customs duties that are beyond our control and are not included in the price. Some destinations will not be eligible for shipping insurance. When possible, we ship all merchandise using insured mail.
Should you require a method that is faster than regular ground service, please let us know on the checkout form in the "Comments" box listed after your email address. We can ship U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days) or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail (overnight delivery). Once we receive your request, we will adjust your order and invoice to reflect your shipping request. We will send you the new shipping cost calculated. You must approve this new cost via email. Once approved we will ship using your preferred method and process your payment.
We do take special orders with a 50% deposit. We are glad to find special items to fit your needs. Special orders are NOT returnable.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check, and Money Orders. Checks are held approximately one week until they clear before the item is shipped. With money order payments, we send the items as soon as we receive your money order. Checks and money orders should be made out to Moroccan Caravan. If you need to return any merchandise, please email us to let us know before you send the item. We are happy to work with you and help you with the exchange or return. You must contact us within two days of receiving the item(s) if you wish to return your order. If you receive a damaged good, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt so we can make a claim. Items must be returned in good condition right after claming the desire of returning an order for exchange or return. Returned orders combining multiple items will be charged a 10% restocking fee for the total amount of the returned items excluding S/H cost.Moroccan Caravan is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items to be returned must be sent via insured mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail. Please make sure to pack your returned items safely. Moroccan Caravan is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Q. Do you have a catalog you can send me?
A. We do not have a printed catalog. Our web site serves as our catalog. Our merchandise is unique and rarely are two products exactly the same. Every shipment brings in new and different designs. This makes a printed catalog difficult to upkeep.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. As you navigate through the site, simply click on different thumbnails of the items that interest you to see an enlarged photo and a more detailed description. At any time you can add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the button "Add to Cart." Adding the item to the shopping cart does not mean that you will buy it. Feel free to hit the button "Continue Shopping" to continue browsing through the site. You can easily update your order, adjusting quantities or deleting items you no longer want in the shopping cart. Once you are ready to make your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button to proceed. Fill in your details and hit the button "Place Order." You will automatically be sent an invoice. If we need to add tax (Massachusetts residents are subject to an additional 5% sales tax) or adjust the shipping we will contact you via email. You will be contacted for your approval. Once you approve it and the payment is processed, we will send out your order.

Moroccan Caravan offers gifts certificates. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate or purchase it online. To use a gift certificate to pay for a purchase, please pay the difference, if needed, with check or money order. When you send your order online, mark on the "Comments" section of the order form that you will be using a gift certificate and its amount, number, and the name on the gift certificate. Moroccan Caravan will then contact you and adjust your invoice to reflect your new balance. If you do not use the entire balance on your gift certificate, there is NO refund or credit on the difference.
