Baking Bread
This Berber woman in southeastern Morocco is baking bread in a clay oven. Each day she makes fresh bread for her family. Although her family has a gas oven, this woman prefers to use a clay oven, stating that the bread tastes better when it is baked using a wood-burning fire. She’s right - this bread is delicious.
